Léonie Cronin’s work is concerned with the transformative process women undergo, hormonally, physically and emotionally. She is interested in how women navigate these changes within social constructs and influences. Feminist theory and yoga philosophy inform her practices, which include gestures and stories to make performances, films, paintings and objects. She holds a BA (Fine Art 1993 Norwich), an MA (Fine Art 2012 Camberwell), is a qualified Yoga Teacher and is a founder member of the South London Women Artists
