This exhibition presents the collaborative practice of photographer Nicola Bensley and artist David Dipré whose merging of mediums creates dreamlike environments for the exploration of surface, space, time and representations of the human form.

This collaboration between photographer Nicola Bensley and artist David Dipré began during lockdown 2020. As all else stood still around them, they began to develop a body of work combining their disciplines. They quickly developed a visual language reworking Bensley's silver gelatin prints - painting, scratching and drawing into the photographic surface. Their most recent work sees the camera turned on themselves. In these images, they have created a dreamlike environment in which they explore perceptions of surface, space, time and representations of the human form.
