Soft Borders

George Sopwith completed his BA from Chelsea School of Art in 2015. This exhibition explores the themes of borders, states and divisions, documenting the process of setting up a wildlife reserve in Northeast India. The work has been produced in collaboration with the local community reflecting the core ethos of the conservation project. In doing so, we aimed to present the viewer with multiple perspectives of the events that took place.
