Canal

CANAL is an independent gallery, with an ongoing programme of exhibitions by new, emerging and established artists, in a variety of media and formats.

We aim to present a stimulating, high-quality and flexible programme within an informal and welcoming environment.

CANAL is located on the Haggerston Riviera, an association of venues, cafes, bars and restaurants on the Regents Canal at Haggerston, with an occasional programme of coordinated events.

Canal is a new project by Monika Bobinska, developing from the original gallery in east London -www.monikabobinska.com.

A second element in our programme is the sale of prints, multiples and small works in the Browser, our editions room. 

These are presented in an accessible and affordable format by a variety of artists. The Browser room supports our exhibitions programme, as well as acting as an informal gateway to art for the new collector.
